Shipping Policies

With shipping prices continuing to rise we do everything we can to minimize the impact on you. Please review our shipping policies below to understand our shipping fee structure.
Shipping Policy:
- Under normal circumstances, orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours during during M-F. We don’t process orders during weekends and holidays.
- Oversized games may see an increased dimensional weight fee.
- Orders of $200** or more ship free
Certain other restrictions may apply, expedited shipping services cannot be waived.
Returns Policy:
- Returns must be approved before shipping back to Grinning Goblin Games.
- If your order is damaged, please take detailed photos and describe how the item was damaged.
- Before returning an item you will receive an RMA and shipping label.
